Nicole Scanlon is a Vice President and Financial Advisor with Bernstein Private Wealth Management. Her practice is broad and sophisticated and includes advising clients in developing and implementing investment strategies among a diverse
base of clients.
In particular, Nicole enjoys advising clients in uncovering investment opportunities in companies, organizations and funds focused on the goal of generating social impact alongside financial return. Nicole also has particular aptitude in working with professional advisors to develop comprehensive management and wealth transfer strategies with particular attention to tax management and charitable giving.
Prior to joining Bernstein, Nicole was an attorney and entrepreneur. She founded and operated a law practice focused on trust and estate planning and family law. During her time as an attorney, Nicole gained the trust and confidence of clients and colleagues and grew her business year after year until an eventual acquisition just prior to joining Bernstein. Nicole is a member of the Bar of New York and Minnesota. She is also a member and co-chair of Minnesota Women Lawyers, a member of the Junior League of Minneapolis and a volunteer with Minnesota Adult and Teen Challenge and the Greater Minneapolis Crisis Nursery. She has also written grants for the Domestic Abuse Legal Advocacy Center in an effort to gain financial support to help those in need.
When Nicole is not working, she enjoys traveling the world, skiing, running and reading. Nicole holds an MA in dispute resolution from Pepperdine University and a JD from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
